Return Process

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Prepare Your Shipment

  Securely pack the unit in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and installation hardware are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the return label and ship the package via a trackable carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs on non-defective items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage and completeness, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
