What is the standard shipping time for MRCOOL units?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the size and weight of HVAC equipment, units are shipped via LTL freight and typically arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location.
What happens if my unit arrives damaged?
It is critical to inspect your delivery before signing the BOL (Bill of Lading). If you notice external damage, note it on the driver's paperwork and contact our support team immediately so we can facilitate a replacement.
Does DIY installation void the manufacturer warranty?
No. Unlike most HVAC brands, MRCOOL specifically honors the parts warranty for DIY series units installed by homeowners. However, please ensure you register your product on the MRCOOL website within 60 days of installation.
What is your return policy for HVAC equipment?
We accept returns on uninstalled, unopened equipment within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
